We built BuildMRP because we needed it.
From skid plates to software.
Juggernaut USA makes plasma-cut aluminum and steel skid plates and armor for trucks and SUVs. We sell direct on Shopify and build in our own shop in [CITY].
As we grew to [X] products and [X] variants, spreadsheets stopped keeping up. Orders came in faster than we could work out what to cut, what to buy and what each part really cost.
We tried off-the-shelf MRPs. None of them understood sheet yield, vehicle-fitment variants, or a shop that sells on Shopify. So we built our own — and have run production on it for [X] years.
Now we're opening it to other shops like ours.
